FLH is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment facilities for children with heart ailments. Our Paediatric Cardiology services are offered free of cost at the Paediatric Cardiology High Dependency Unit (HDU) within Paeds Ward 2 at Dr. Ruth K. M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi

We provide the following Paediatric Cardiology services:

12 lead ECGs
Echocardiograms
Cardiology Consultations
Pre-surgical cardiac fitness
Pediatric Cardiac High Dependency Unit (HDU)
Liaison and referral to tertiary care cardiology services

Friends of Little Hearts (FLH)

Friends of Little Hearts (FLH), a non-profit charitable organization based in Karachi, Pakistan, is duly registered with both the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Sindh Charity Commission.
Our prime mission is to offer state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment facilities for children suffering from heart ailments. These services are currently being provided in the Pediatric Cardiology High Dependency Unit (HDU) located within Peads Ward 2 at Dr. Ruth K. M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi.
In addition, FLH is committed to expanding its charitable services to other areas of need, furthering our impact and outreach.
